First: what is a “basin”?
Green October (the Green Belt) is officially divided into numbered basins, each an independent planning unit with its own licensing and utilities status. Where is Basin 15 on the map?
Basin 15 is one of Green October’s best-connected basins: minutes from the Middle Ring (Al-Wasti) road, 7 minutes from the Dahshur link (New Zayed’s gate), and about 12 minutes from Mall of Arabia and Juhayna Square. Its neighbours include known projects such as Porto October (now going by Neom) and Mountain View Chillout — not an isolated plot, but a basin inside a working urban fabric.
What is being built in Basin 15 now?
Our newest project: Moon Hills 6 — a villas-only compound (66 villas on 8 feddans), the sixth project in the Moon Hills series, currently in pre-launch collecting Expressions of Interest (EOI).
