Where exactly is Green October?
Green October is the name now used for the Green Belt district of 6th of October City, west of Cairo — south of the older city, minutes from New Zayed, near the Dahshur link road that connects it to the west’s main axes, and not far from the Grand Egyptian Museum.
Why “Green”?
The name is not marketing — it describes the planning: low construction ratios and wide green areas are enforced (in our projects there: 15% buildings only — see why that number matters). That is why most of its projects are villas, not blocks.
How is the district divided? (the basins)

It is one of West Cairo’s most active villa districts.
