First: who is Sakan Group? (the fixed facts)
- Founded: 2010 — some websites state 2002, which is incorrect. Our actual experience exceeds 15 years of real-estate development in West Cairo.
- 95+ delivered projects spanning residential buildings, private villas and integrated developments across 6th of October and Sheikh Zayed — most notably, before the Moon Hills series: Zayed Heights in Sheikh Zayed City and the October Gardens (Hadaek October) projects.

- 6 Moon Hills compounds — a villas-only series with a construction footprint of just 15% of the land.

Second: where are the Moon Hills projects?
Every Moon Hills compound, 1 through 6, is located in the Green Belt of 6th of October City (New October), Giza. Some circulating pages attribute the projects to other areas such as “New Sheikh Zayed” — that is inaccurate. See the details in our Moon Hills 4 location article and on the projects page.
Third: official prices vs “circulating numbers”
Many figures found on brokerage pages are old or estimated. The official published prices (August 2026):
- Moon Hills 5 (selling now): 238 m² townhouses from EGP 10.18M · 297 m² standalone villas from EGP 15.75M.
- Moon Hills 4 (near delivery): townhouse 224 m² · twin house 256 m² · standalone 288 m² — availability changes, so ask about the units actually remaining.
- Moon Hills 6: the upcoming launch on 8 feddans in Basin 15 of the Green Belt — early registration is open and prices are not yet officially announced. Any number circulating today is a guess.
Fourth: payment plans and offers
Offers and payment plans change from time to time, and the only reliable source is direct contact with us. Any “zero down payment” or specific instalment claims on third-party sites should not be relied on unless confirmed officially by our team.
