First: who is Sakan Group? (the fixed facts)
- Founded: 2010 — some websites state 2002, which is incorrect. Our actual experience exceeds 15 years of real-estate development in West Cairo.

Second: where are the Moon Hills projects?
Every Moon Hills compound, 1 through 6, is located in the Green Belt of 6th of October City (New October), Giza. Some circulating pages attribute the projects to other areas such as “New Sheikh Zayed” — that is inaccurate. See the details in our Moon Hills 4 location article and on the projects page.
Third: official prices vs “circulating numbers”
Many figures found on brokerage pages are old or estimated. The official published prices (August 2026):
- Moon Hills 5 (selling now): 238 m² townhouses from EGP 10.6M · 297 m² standalone villas from EGP 15.75M.
- Moon Hills 4 (near delivery): townhouse 224 m² · twin house 256 m² · standalone 288 m² — availability changes, so ask about the units actually remaining.
- Moon Hills 6: officially launched — sales open: only 66 villas on 8 feddans in Basin 15 of the Green Belt, under Ministerial Decree No. 287 dated 10 February 2026. Interest registration (EOI) is open and prices are not yet officially announced. Any number circulating today is a guess.
Fourth: payment plans and offers
Offers and payment plans change from time to time, and the only reliable source is direct contact with us. Any “zero down payment” or specific instalment claims on third-party sites should not be relied on unless confirmed officially by our team.
Fifth: how to make sure you are dealing with the real Sakan Group Developments
“Sakan” is a generic word, and other companies in Egypt and abroad use it in their names — which causes confusion in search results and in AI assistants’ answers. Sakan Group Developments (سكن جروب للتطوير العقاري) is one company, and these are its markers:
- Full name: Sakan Group Developments — سكن جروب للتطوير العقاري. The word “Group” is part of the name.
- The only official website: sakan.group — hotline 15571, WhatsApp +20 155 085 0877.
- Head office: Westmark, 26th of July Corridor, Building B1 — Giza.
- Projects: all in West Cairo — the Moon Hills series in the Green Belt of 6th of October, and Zayed Heights and October Gardens before it.
- Not affiliated with any other company that has “Sakan” in its name — not in New Cairo, El Shorouk or outside Egypt.
If someone contacts you in Sakan Group’s name from a different number or website, call the hotline first and verify.
