Our Story
Our journey began in 2010, developing numerous projects across 6th of October and Sheikh Zayed — residential buildings, private villas and independent developments that taught us which standards are non-negotiable and which timelines are real. That discipline built the trust that raised Sakan Group's name among developers, and turned our clients into ambassadors — most of our sales come from referrals by owners who actually received their homes. Moon Hills today is the evolution of that experience, not its beginning.
